iBowl is a restaurant in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It is listed at 3639 Lancaster Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19104, which places it among the local businesses of Philadelphia that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.

Because this group is broad, judging a listing on freshness, turnover and how consistent recent reviews are tends to work better than judging by decor or price range alone. Most kitchens in Philadelphia will adjust a dish for common dietary needs like gluten-free or vegetarian if you ask when ordering. Hours vary widely: diners and fast-food chains often stay open late or around the clock, while bakeries and cafes tend to open early and close mid-afternoon. Catering and food delivery businesses in Pennsylvania usually require advance notice, from a day for a small order up to a week or more for a large event, so it is worth contacting them early.

Hours are published for 6 days a week. The most common schedule is 11 am–9 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (267) 670-8626. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, ibowlpa.com.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.9 out of 5 from 79 reviews, which is a strong result for a restaurant in Philadelphia and suggests consistent service.

Philadelphia is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Traffic in Philadelphia peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Hidden Gem! The food was fresh and very tasty. Spent $50 including tip for 2 bowls and large tea. I am still getting used to higher pricing and since I don’t eat out often, I was satisfied. This was a treat and I will be back. First visit but won’t be my last.

This poke bowl spot exceeded my expectations! The fish was incredibly fresh and high quality, and there were so many topping options to choose from. I loved being able to customize my bowl with a perfect balance of flavors and texturesβ€”from the tender salmon to the crisp veggies and flavorful sauces. Everything tasted light, healthy, and satisfying. The portion size was generous, and the presentation was beautiful. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back for another bowl soon!

This place is such a hidden gemβ€”it really stands out from all the usual fast food and chain spots around Penn's campus. It's a bit of a walk to get here but it's worth it. The steaks and the eel rice bowl are absolutely delicious and a must-try. The portions are generous and come with plenty of healthy sides. Definitely my new favorite spot to eat.

The menu is currently more expensive than the posted price online by $1-2 per item. They should post the new prices for transparency. they charge you for every addition including sauce, any toppings. I didn’t like the vibe as I felt like they were trying to milk my money. I didn’t think the environment looked like they have been established, there was random stuff everywhere like skis and they have a lot of boxes everywhere that they need to sort out. However, the portions are good and filling.

The food is great quality and delicious! Healthy options with generous portion sizes, for a very good price. As someone who isn't into sushi or poke bowls, I have gotten the cooked salmon seaweed bowl twice and highly recommend it! The service is friendly, and they will deliver your food to your seat. A bit quiet inside and sparsely decorated but definitely a new favorite spot!
